The short version
The emdeplam app collects no data about you, and your photos and videos never leave your phone. This website only receives what you type into the beta sign-up form, which is deleted after launch.
In the app
No account, no analytics, no ad SDKs, no server. Photos, clips, drafts, saved looks, favorites and settings are stored on your phone and removed when you uninstall; photos and clips saved to your library stay there.
Permissions the app asks for
Camera to shoot, microphone to record sound with video, and your photo library to open photos and save to the “emdeplam” album. The Android build does not request internet access; on iOS the app makes no network connections either.
When you share
Files go through your phone’s share menu to the app you choose, and that app’s own policy applies from there.
The beta sign-up form
The form runs on Google Forms and asks only for your email, phone type, the feature you want to try, and a Zalo number if you want to join the tester group. It’s used only to send test links and tell you when the app is in stores, never shared or sold, and deleted after launch. Google processes form data under Google’s privacy policy.
This website
A static site with no accounts, no ads and no analytics. The embedded Google Form may use Google’s own cookies to work.
Your rights
Under Vietnam’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 91/2025/QH15, in force from 1 January 2026), you can ask what data is held about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@emdeplam.app and I’ll respond within the time the law allows. If you’re under 16, please ask a parent before signing up.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. Privacy questions: hello@emdeplam.app.
